Step 2: Book a telehealth online medical consultation with one of our MyCLNQ doctors
Select a telehealth consultation type (Video, Tele-ART, House call), choose the speciality, choose a date and time, and select your preferred doctor.
Step 3: Finish your consultation and make your payment
After the telehealth online consultation, review your invoice in the app and confirm your payment.

MyCLNQ telehealth consultation is designed to help with non-urgent medical issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call for an ambulance at 995 or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department as soon as possible.
